Egypt again holds tender for wheat purchase
Today, December 7, the Egyptian State Food Procurement Agency (GASC) will hold a tender for the purchase of milling wheat on a FOB basis. This was reported by Zerno On-Line agency with reference to European traders. Delivery is scheduled for January 10-20 or January 21-31, 2024. Payment will be made within 180 or 270 days at the discretion of the buyer.
At the previous tender, which took place on December 5, GASC purchased 120,000 tons of Russian and 50,000 tons of Ukrainian wheat.
