Dorohusk is again blocked by Polish protesters, three trucks per hour are allowed to pass

Carriers are again protesting in front of the Polish border crossing Dorohusk on the border with Ukraine. This time, however, they have been joined by farmers. According to the protesters, if their demands are not met, they will block the border until spring.

“We have been protesting for 43 days. This is one of the longest protests in Poland in recent years, which shows the incompetence of the current government. We are waiting for specifics, we do not want to stay there until March 8. If necessary, if there are no results, we will be there until March 8,” said Edyta Ozygala, leader of the protest of carriers at the border crossing in Dorohusk, according to RMF24.

They will stop the action only when they receive specific information about the demands.

“We have not yet received any specifics. Without specifics, we have no reason to go home,” Ozygala said.

According to the newspaper, the protesters will allow three trucks to pass through per hour. Humanitarian transport will be allowed through in half an hour, but such trucks will be checked by customs, tax services, border guards and police. Only after such a document check will the vehicle be able to pass as a humanitarian one.

The passage of cars and buses remains unchanged.

According to the newspaper, this time the trucks of the protesters will not be allowed to enter the demonstration site. They are allowed to bring only tents, trailers and cars.
