Bulgaria is preparing proposals for licensing of Ukrainian sunseed
Ukraine and Bulgaria are discussing the export of Ukrainian agricultural products. In particular, the details of implementing a licensing mechanism for certain types of agricultural products.
This was discussed during a meeting between Mykola Solskyi, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, and Kirill Vatiev, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Kirill Vatev said that the Bulgarian government is preparing proposals for the introduction of a licensing procedure. In particular, the possibility of licensing sunseed is being considered. The Bulgarian minister assured of assistance to the Ukrainian agricultural sector.
The ministers agreed to coordinate the situation regarding the timing of the start of exports under the new rules and the list of agricultural products.
