Brazil’s soybean exports accelerate in July

The country’s soybean exports accelerated in July, 8.6% higher than the same period last year, according to data released by Brazil’s Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX).
From July 1 to 18, Brazil’s soybean exports totaled 7.437 million tons, up from 4.331 million tons the previous month and 11.25 million tons for the entire month of July last year.
Since the beginning of July, soybean export revenues have totaled $3.05 billion, up from $4.96 billion in July last year. The average export price was 7.1% lower than in 2024.
By comparison, Brazil’s soybean exports in June 2025 totaled 13.42 million tons, down 3.9% from a year earlier.
Brazil’s soybean exports are expected to grow by 85% in the second half of the year. Total annual export volumes of Brazilian beans could reach 64.95 million tons.
