Azerbaijan slightly reduced corn imports
In value terms, the volume of imports increased by 2.8%, amounting to 19 million 758.19 thousand US dollars.
Azerbaijan imported 63,946.49 tons of corn in January-September 2024, which is 2.1% less than in the same period last year.
This is reported by the State Customs Committee.
At the same time, in value terms, the volume of imports increased by 2.8%, amounting to 19 million 758.19 thousand U.S. dollars.
The share of corn imports in the reporting period amounted to 0.13% of Azerbaijan’s total import expenditures (in January-September 2023 – also 0.15%).
