About 10 million hectares of spring crops were sown in Ukraine

Ukraine has already sown 4 million 320.2 thousand hectares of grain and pulses in the territory controlled by Ukraine. Of which, in particular:
- corn – 2,838 thousand hectares
- barley – 779.9 thou hectares
- wheat – 244.9 thou hectares;
- peas – 161.6 thou hectares;
- oats – 165 thousand hectares;
- millet – 28.5 thou hectares;
- buckwheat – 14.8 thou hectares.
Over the past week, the increase of grain and pulses crops amounted to 912.9 thou hectares. Agrarians in Chernihiv region are the leaders, with 157.9 thou hectares planted.
This is the largest area:
- In Kyiv region – 32.3 thou hectares of wheat, 44.3 thou hectares of barley, 5.8 thou hectares of peas and 6.5 thou hectares of oats.
- In Dnipropetrovska region – 28.3 thou hectares of wheat, 50.5 thou hectares of barley, 14.28 thou hectares of peas, 1.2 thou hectares of oats;
- In Ternopil region – 18.9 thou hectares of wheat, 63.6 thou hectares of barley, 3.6 thou hectares of peas and 5.1 thou hectares of oats;
- In Sumy region – 18.2 thou hectares of wheat, 17.9 thou hectares of barley, 5.6 thou hectares of peas and 9.8 thou hectares of oats;
- In Zhytomyr region – 17.5 thou hectares of wheat, 19.3 thou hectares of barley, 3 thou hectares of peas and 26.5 thou hectares of oats;
- In Khmelnytsky region – 14.8 thou hectares of wheat, 59.1 thou hectares of barley, 2.6 thou hectares of peas and 2.5 thou hectares of oats;
- In Chernihiv region – 12.3 thou hectares of wheat, 16.5 thou hectares of barley, 5.9 thou hectares of peas and 23.1 thou hectares of oats.
In addition, 3 963.7 thou hectares of sunflower, 1 201.3 thou hectares of soybeans, and 250.1 thou hectares of sugar beet were planted.
