Jordan purchased 50 thsd tons of barley
On April 23, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan held a tender for the purchase of 120 thousand tons of feed barley of random origin. This was reported by Zerno On-Line agency with reference to European traders.
It was purchased 50 thousand tons of barley at $232 C&F from Solaris with shipment from August 1 to August 15.
The tender was also attended by:
- Cargill, which offered barley at $235.9
- Al Dahra – $237
- Dreyfus – $238.5
- Viterra – $239.89
- Bunge – $242.5
