Sergey Feofilov – Director General of UkrAgroConsult, Ph.D. in Economics (1985). From 1981 to 1984 – Senior Economist at Ukrainian Republican Office of the State bank, was involved in teaching activities. From 1987 to 1991 he worked as a trader, then deputy Department Director of the Foreign Trade Association “Ukrimpex”. In 1992, Sergey Feofilov became head of the foreign economic activities’ department of Ukrneftegazstroy, from 1992 to 1994 – Mr. Feofilov was general director of State owned consulting company UPVE.

He is a founder of UkrAgroConsult company – the first Ukrainian consulting agency specializing in agricultural sector of Ukraine and Black Sea region. Sergey Feofilov has 20 years of experience in agri sector analysis, is a publisher of newsletters on grain and oilseed markets. He was trained under a number of national and international programs (1997 – UK, 2006 – USA). Sergey Feofilov has broad national and international contacts in trade, banking and investment sectors.

For 29 years engaged with Phospholipids and their technological function and nutritional physiology of food supplements and functional food. The complete MEMBRANE FOOD concept exists since many years now. On this basis, discussions about the use of highly developed phospholipids in various fields of food supplements have been held with the food industry. Many lectures on phospholipids at scientific and marketing conferences in Europe.

Joseph Feyertag is an economist in LMC International oilseeds team.

Since joining LMC, Joe has worked on a range of projects covering all the major oilseeds in South America, North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Before joining LMC, he completed a Masters and a PhD in economics at the University of Oxford.

Additionally, he has previous work experience in Brussels, where he worked in the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee of the European Parliament.

Marcos Rubin – partner and Head of Grains at Agroconsult. Responsible for the short and long term agricultural scenarios and the products of market intelligence. With a degree in Industrial Engineering, he is responsible for structuring and modelling market information into insights convertible to strategic and tradable decisions. He directly manages projects related to the main agribusiness input and infrastructure sectors.

Since 2007 has supported clients in strategic meetings and conferences and also is a speaker at the Rally da Safra (Crop Tour) and relevant agribusiness events in Brazil and abroad.

Sumit Gupta started the McDonald Pelz India/SE Asia office in August 2014. After nine years at Cargill where he was involved in Indian grain origination, export and supply chain programme, he subsequently joined Olam in Singapore where he was handling corn books for Asia and the Black Sea.

Oleg Radinovskiy is a superior engineer in production of soybean deep processed products, one of the project managers for construction of a new production line of soy concentrate and white flakes.

Yulia Garkavenko is a leading expert of UkrAgroConsult being with the company for more than 10 years. Since 2008 she is specializing in oilseed and vegoil market of Ukraine and Black Sea countries. Yulia’s primary focus is crop forecasts, S&D; balances and market studies.

Yulia is an author and chief editor of UkrAgroConsult’s specialized weekly Newsletter “Black Sea Vegoils & CIS” (Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Belarus). She has a 13-year experience in analysis and forecasting of Ukrainian and CIS ag markets, holds numerous publications in Ukrainian and foreign journals.
