• Participation of one company delegate in the Online Conference
• Access to the Conference Online platform
• Access to the Conference live stream (simultaneous translation included)
• Access to online networking with all conference participants (1 week before and 1 month after the Conference)
• Access to presentations and Conference digital catalog
• Access to the Conference video recording

Cancellation policy:

Participant has a right to cancel Conference participation (until the conclusion of the Agreement) or terminate the Agreement by notifying the Organizer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

If the Participant cancels Conference participation, the amount to be refunded to the Participant is determined depending on the date of notification of the Organizer about the cancellation. Namely, if the Organizer received such a written message:

(I) not later than 45 days before the Conference – 50% of the registration fee is returned to the Participant;

(IІ) later than 45 days before the Conference – the registration fee is non-refundable.
