Ukraine. Farmers must obtain a license for the storage of fuel

All the farmers that have the capacity to store fuel needs from July 1, to obtain licenses for the right of storage, – reported in the Agrarian Union of Ukraine.

For this on DFS at the place of storage of fuel must make a statement in any form and the following documents:

proof of ownership or use of land (it can be an extract from the state register of rights to immovable property in the ownership of the land where the facility is located store, with a schematic site plan and indicated on it the location of the object).

permission to perform high risk work and operation of machinery, mechanisms and equipment of increased danger, Gastrula issued by the authorities at the place of registration of the enterprise on the basis of the application and examination of the state of labour protection and security of industrial enterprises in the implementation of these works (p. 9, approved by resolution of CMU dated 26.10.2011, № 1107 Order granting permission to perform high risk work and operation of machinery, mechanisms and equipment of increased danger). Examination is carried out only by authorized technical expert of the organization who will check availability:

•     the act of commissioning of the storage facility or any other document referred to in part 37 of article 15 of Law No. 481. If the ownership of the immovable property occurred prior to 01.01.2014, to 01.01.2022 for obtaining a license to provide only copies of documents of ownership. For objects that are not real estate, proof is the act of commissioning of fixed assets approved by the Ministry of Finance Order № 818 from 13.09.2016 the form.

copies of operating documents for the vessels (data sheet, manual, specifications, conclusion, diagnosis, etc.).

•     documents on labor protection (the findings of the workplace assessment, permit to work with hazardous substances, copies of orders, instructions, regulations on the protection of labour, documents on passage of workers training in labor protection, and others)

Responsibility for the accuracy of the data presented in the documents and the application for the license shall bear the agricultural and for the storage of fuel without a license, a penalty in the amount of 250 thousand UAH.
