Singapore outstripped China in terms of wheat flour purchases from Ukraine

Ukrainian exports of wheat flour totaled 275 KMT in July-March. This is 33% more compared to the same period of last year. 

At the same time, 18.7 KMT of flour was exported in March (-39% from February, -44% from March 2018/19 МГ), UkrAgroConsult reports.

The largest importer is the UAE, which bought 72 KMT (a 26% market share).

Judging by March’s results, Singapore (32 KMT, a 12% share) has outstripped China (the 2018/19 leader) and become the second biggest importer.

A decrease in demand was registered from China: -20%, Moldova: -21%, Israel: -17%.
