Discussion on tariff regulation of Russian grain exports drawing to a close

On January 15, the Subcommission for Customs Tariff and Non-Tariff Regulations supported raising export tariffs for grains. According to the latest information, that for wheat may be increased to EUR 50/MT from March 1, with a floating export tariff to come into force from July 1. Tariffs on other grains (corn and barley) will be imposed from March 15 at rates of EUR 25/MT and EUR 10/MT, respectively.

The final decision is to be approved by the government, UkrAgroConsult reports.
